We pride ourselves in our ability to keep the crime rate at a low level and maintain law and order in an effective manner. The efficiency and professionalism of the Hong Kong Police has been held in high regard, both locally and, in meeting its international obligations, on the international stage. We are encouraged by independent surveys that report that 85% of our community has confidence in the Hong Kong Police. But like any progressive organization, we must continue to work hard to reach out to all in our community.
